National Park Local Plan Open Day

National Park Local Plan Open Day
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park hosted a Local Plan consultation day in Ardentinny village hall on Thursday 26 July. It was both interesting and heartening to hear that attendance by the Ardentinny community had surpassed that of the other 'Shore' villages and possibly also Tarbert and Loghgoilhead. Given that our community is only 180 strong, that is quite an achievement.

There was a feedback session at 18.45 which was a helpful summary of the main issues raised and the degree of support for a variety of proposals. This will be supported by an official feedback report within ten days which will then lead in to further, fine tuned consultation, resulting in an issues report. The planning process will then proceed to produce general development proposals and main issues report and how the local plan will address these.

old.ardentinny.org will keep you posted as to when the official feedback report is available.
